    Terms of Use

    These terms govern your use of grif.ai (the "Site"), operated by Griffin Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Griffin Labs," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

    Website only

    These terms cover browsing the Site and using its contact form. They do not cover our consulting or engineering services. Those are provided only under a separately signed agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work), and that agreement governs the work.

    Our content

    The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, the Griffin Labs name and marks, and the design of the Site, belongs to Griffin Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. Anything else, including copying, republishing, modifying, or using our name or marks, requires our written permission.

    Not professional advice

    Site content is general information about our services and approach. It is not engineering, technical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is no substitute for a scoped engagement. Don't rely on it alone to make decisions.

    Examples of our work

    Descriptions of past work and capabilities are simplified illustrations. They are not a promise of results, and every engagement's outcome depends on its own scope, data, and constraints.

    Acceptable use

    Don't use the Site unlawfully, try to access its systems without authorization, interfere with its operation or security, or submit false information through the contact form.

    Third-party services

    The Site uses or links to third-party services, such as Google and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

    THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

    Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIFFIN LABS LLC AND ITS MEMBER, MANAGERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT THE SEPARATELY NEGOTIATED TERMS OF ANY SIGNED CLIENT AGREEMENT.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas.

    Changes

    We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept it.
