    I spent years as a reliability engineer keeping real systems alive. I've been on-call, monitored, and been held accountable when things broke. AI changed what software can do, but not what it takes to run it in production.

    Most "AI builds" are demos that fall over the moment real traffic hits. Griffin Labs exists to build the other kind: agentic systems engineered with the same discipline as the infrastructure they run on. We build observable, instrumented, and resilient systems. I started this studio to do that work end-to-end for teams who need it done right the first time.
