Privacy Policy
Griffin Labs LLC ("Griffin Labs," "we," "us") operates grif.ai (the "Site") to describe our AI-systems engineering services to businesses. This policy explains what the Site collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the Site only. Consulting engagements are governed by the client's signed agreement with us.

- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used: pages viewed, general engagement, and events such as form submissions and button clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes interactions with the form to block automated submissions. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google's servers.
The Site has no accounts and does not collect payment information.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand aggregate visitor behavior.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
For visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure, effective website. You can opt out of analytics as described below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help run the Site:

Cookies and your analytics choices
Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA set cookies. To opt out of analytics, you can:
- turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. The Site does not load Google Analytics when it detects that signal;
- install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; or
- block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
- Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records, then deleted.
- Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, and no longer than 14 months at the event level.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@grif.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. Texas residents: we honor these requests whether or not the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to a business of our size.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Client project data
Data exchanged during a consulting engagement is governed by the signed agreement between the client and Griffin Labs, not by this policy.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
